An electronic catalogue allows you to define your products for sale by category. As well as cost and markup information you also define the suppliers of items, whether to monitor their stock levels and, if so, reorder levels and amounts.

Stock reports then show you clearly what needs re-ordering and when. This module is directly integrated to the Till module and stock levels are automatically decremented with sales.

Powerful template design tools allow for a professional image to be portrayed at all times, and in just 2 clicks from the diary you can create a communication for a patient and merge a pre defined template ready for immediate printing or emailing or texting depending on the type.

You can upload any image from any source with a simple and quick upload utility which copies the image from your local computer and then stores it on our web servers so that you can access it from any location. Individual directories are automatically created for each of your patients and uploads per patient are then stored separately in their own folder.

This means when you open the upload folder for a patient you are only presented with images you have uploaded for that patient which you can then insert into either a clinic or a patient note/alert or even a patient communication.

iCareWEB has been designed from ground-up to support multiple branches / business locations.

This is an extremely attractive benefit that a web-based service offers over traditional windows software allowing access to your database from any location. By setting up your branches in the administration section and defining who works from which branch and when, you then simply tell iCareWEB where you are as you log in. The system then automatically filters all screens to only include data for that branch.

Importantly though, you can filter each screen to show information for a different branch or all branches. This means you can check for diary availability in other branches and make the booking, or analyse your business by branch or as a whole and run tasks such as recall either at branch level or centrally for cost savings.

iCareWEB intelligently links a patient to the branch of their last booking but will recognise them when taking a booking at any branch to avoid patient duplication. This allows your staff and your patients to roam freely between branches while maintaining their full history across all branch visits.
